Thermal silicone K-5211 is infused with metal oxide. (excellent thermal conductivity and insulation) and organic siloxane
High thermal conductivity efficiency up to 1.2 and excellent electrical insulation, long working temperature (-50℃ ~ 200℃), stable and fluidity, easy to use, no toxic substances or corrosion, odorless and non-melting.
Usage
Transferring heat from components and reducing operating temperatures.
Filling and coating of electronic components in LED assemblies, electrical appliances, etc.
A. The space between the CPU and the radiator (heat sink), high power transistors, and silicon. control components
B. Fill the gap between the diode and the aluminum/cooper substrate, etc.
C. Surface bonding between the experimental PA pipe and cooling fins, etc.
D. Adhesion to semiconductors. heating elements, etc.

How to use
Clean the surface, oil stains and rust on the surface to be adhered.
Caution
The surface should be evenly coated, filling all gaps with a thin layer.
